Service Description

Overview: The Web3 Product Management Certificate is a 10 Week, live course, instructor-led by Web3 Startup Founder and Product Management leader Jonathan G. Blanco. Web3 Product Management Certificate focuses on the principle of "How to turn an Idea into a Product", diving into each step necessary to launch a successful product, along with when, how, and why to add Blockchain, Crypto, Bitcoin, and/or NFTs to the product. Aspiring Web3 Product Managers will learn the principles of Product Management with an emphasis on running a Web3 Product as either the Founder or Product Lead, learning how to apply Strategy, Planning, and Execution. This course is ideal for those looking to break into Web3, Startups, or those looking to run Product at an early stage company or Web3 company, and for Founders and Early Employees looking to improve their Product skills. Startup Simulation: The class will be divided into groups each working on a Problem to be solved and turning into a Startup throughout the course. Students can pick from one of our pre-selected Startups or create their own, as long as they can convince at least 3 other students to join the Startup. With your team, you will apply what you learn during in-class instruction and build your simulated Web3 startup, creating a final deck and presentation.
